This splendid penthouse, characterized by sweeping views facing south on Monte dei Cappuccini and north on the Basilica of Superga, is located in a new building located at the foot of the Turin hill, in a residential urban context. The accommodation is characterized by the presence of large terraces to the north and south that allows you to live and appreciate environments that extend beyond the physical walls of the accommodation. Being an attic, the sleeve of the accommodation is not very wide and this has disadvantages at the design level but also allows you to create very bright environments that communicate on both sides of the building, so the living room and dining room develop inside there is an open space that takes light from both sides, the very bright and pleasant environments to live. The kitchen, as a service area, is located to the side of the living area, in a separate room and communicates with the latter through a series of transparent windows. Through the living room you enter the sleeping area, which also contains magnificent terraces, the bedroom faces south, towards the Monte dei Cappuccini, while the walk-in closet and the bathroom face north towards the Basilica. The rooms are well proportioned as a whole and easily accessible and the terraces surrounding the accommodation give great permeability to all the rooms making them very bright.

Questo splendido attico, caratterizzato da ampie vedute che affacciano a sud sul Monte dei Cappuccini e a nord sulla Basilica di Superga, si trova in un nuovo edificio posto ai piedi della collina di Torino, in un contesto urbano residenziale.

L’ alloggio è caratterizzato dalla presenza di grandi terrazzi a nord e a sud che permettono a chi lo vive di apprezzare ambienti che si estendo oltre le mura fisiche dell’ alloggio.

Trattandosi di un attico la manica dell’ alloggio non è molto larga e questo presenta degli svantaggi a livello di progettazione ma permette anche di creare ambienti molto luminosi che comunicano su entrambe le facciate dell’ edificio, così il salone e la sala da pranzo si sviluppano all’ interno dio un open space che prende luce da entrambe le parti rendendo gli ambienti molto luminosi e piacevoli da vivere.

La cucina, quale ambiente di servizio si trova a lato della zona giorno, in un ambiente a se stante e comunica con quest’ ultima attraverso una serie di vetrate trasparenti.

Attraverso il salotto si accede alla zona notte, anch’ essa circondata da magnifici terrazzi, la camera DA Letto affaccia a sud, verso il Monte dei cappuccini, mentre la cabina armadi e il bagno affacciano a nord verso la Basilica.

Gli ambienti sono ben proporzionati nel loro insieme e facilmente accessibili e i terrazzi che circondano l’ alloggio conferiscono grande permeabilità a tute le stanze rendendole molto luminose.
